Multi-UAV Search & Rescue
The Multi-UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) Search and Rescue simulator was created for the 2020 I/ITSEC IronDev challenge, creating a collaborative, distributed virtual environment to showcase augmented and virtual reality technology
Summary
Students at the GRILL® worked to create a simulation that allowed for the operation of multiple UAVs, the visualization of each drone feed in the operation, collaborative mission planning, and it provides situational awareness information through target recognition and live positional data.
To meet the 2020 I/ITSEC IronDev challenge the GRILL® team chose to create a distributed, collaborative UAV search and rescue simulation.
More information coming soon! Thank you for your interest in the project and patience while we add exciting content!
