UAV Digital Drone
The purpose of the UAV (unmanned aerial vehicle) Digital Drone simulator was to simulate the search and rescue scan to find a lost hiker.
Summary

Outcomes and Additional Information
The challenge included using Aurelia X6 Standard and Hexacopter UAVs, simulating a variety of hiker behaviors and environments, and utilizing integrated infrared cameras.
The user manages the flightpath through QGroundControl.
The team used artificial intelligence to simuate hiker behaviors, including behavior trees for walking and evading, and false targets like woodland creatures.
