Virtual Reality JTAC
The purpose of the VR JTAC (Virtual Reality Joint Terminal Attack Controller) simulator was to allow users to train in an immersive, portable, low cost, VR-based platform while maintaining realistic interactions with their equipment.

Outcomes and Additional Information
Joint Terminal Attack Controllers call in Close Air Support (CAS), supplement traditional forces, and provide significant tactical advantages.
The equipment includes a SOFLAM, PLRF, and Nine Line and is brought into the sim through utilizing Vive trackers. This allows for a user to still get tactile, realistic training with JTAC equipment while being immersed in VR.
