Outcomes and Additional Information
Pilots experience extreme force during the Anti-G Straining Maneuver, which can lead to loss of blood to head, Graviation Loss Of Consciousness (G-LOC), or redout or blackout. Preventative measures such as breathing and straining exercises can help maintain blood pressure in the head, mitigate vision loss and fatigue, and increase tolerance to higher G’s.
